Weather tech vs carpet redit. Weathertech products provide complete automotive interior carpet protection from mud dirt snow and more. My husband just got a set 2 yrs ago for his escape. Floor mats weathertech vs default honda dealership rubber mats. If you ve looked through a car magazine within the past few decades then you must be aware of weathertech s existence and likely have seen its dominance in the market.
Really i want this conversation to be between weathertech and oedro but i guess it s foolish to rule out any third alternative if it is superior. I got the weathertech. The oem version has a rubber feel to it which grips well and has the correct cutouts for the cargo hooks. Also made in america which i look for.
Is it worth it to include the honda rubber mats in the negotiation or should i try and get some off the final price and put it towards some weathertech. Admittedly weathertech is the more widely known brand for floor mats but husky offers similar floorboard protection and quality often at a lower price. Better than carpet mats but i think not as good as wt or tm. I went for weather tech since it didn t cover the gas latch so i wouldn t have to lift it up to get at it. Other than that weather tech is awesome great fit and very durable.
